nice accomodation to finish or start Your Phillipines

spacious loft, great communication, nice gym and swimming pool. They even have long pool for length swimming. really nice view in the evening, good area, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and etc. easy to get from/to airport we paid less than 300 pesos

Outstanding view from the 56 floor, services at gramercy are top class. The swimming pool was fantastic. In the apartment you find all you need. The staff very nice, professional, helpful and smiling. Really a great stay!

Little details in the apartment could be improved. Just very minor things.

Just to remember to book a hotel room not an apartment if you expect a full services.

Staff in the lobby were helful, but when you need help, had to call the host to help us. The surrounding area feels safe and easily accessible to dining.

The room is very basic. Air conditioning only in the bedroom. Can not hang out too long in the kitchen area and living room. Very stuffy. This is not a hotel so do not expect full services. Daily room cleaning will cost you 500.00 pesos ( not included in room price ). No toiletries in the bathroom. You have to bring or buy them near by SM market. If you need towels, toilet tissue, you have to call the Host (not housekeeping. TV and cable box power on are not sync. First day light of your check out day TV and cable box are inoperable.

Overall the apartment didn't live up to my expectations.

Responsive host. Good location. Nice pool and decent gym with a nice view. The host didn't charge us the cleaning fee.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better upon arrival, and we found a couple of strands of hair on sheet and pillowcase. Also found a small cockroach in the bathroom. Kitchen did not have bare minimum in kitchenware though host did provide a pot and land swiftly when contacted. The AC unit in the bedroom was very loud and disturbed our sleep. No AC in the living room, only a very loud fan. The bed, while comfortable enough, was on the small side for a double bed, not suitable for sleeping with a baby in between as we did. Probably fine for singles and couples without children.

The location and the staff only!

At first we got a room on the 56th floor, it had no hot water for the showers, and the AC’s location was in the middle of the bed which was throwing called air on my back all night. We informed the friendly staff and they directly tried to help then gave us another room on the 6th floor. The second room was sooo noisy, the AC’s sound was soooo loud, and we could hear everything going outside so we had no sleep. The toilet towel was very dirty, we had no plugs to charge our phones and last but not least the internet was not working.

Good Location and well priced but as always you get what you pay for

Great Location - Great Pool - The Property itself is great and directly connected to Century City Mall and close to some good restaurants in Poblacion. Staff helpful .

Rooms not as good as though held by other providers in the same property [I was with another provider for the week prior] but the price point at Zen is better. Air conditioner poor and could not really support cooling the whole apartment [another stand alone cooler was in the lounge area - but was not AC] Problem with an error on assigning pass key to another room so I could not access the lifts one day until resolved. No soap in Shower - no Bottled Water provided [I suspect that it isn't provided] and I am also not a fan of security deposits in hotels where there is in reality nothing of value - its just a frustration .

The room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen. The wifi was good. The Check in/check out prosess went fast. Me and my friend stayed here for one night, but I would recomend staying here :)

Amazing view and facility. Not that good condition of the furniture.

The view and the pool of the Building is amazing! The room was clean. The facility is high class and well organized and you have enough Restaurants and bars around.

The pool Windows were not clean. The bed was in not good condition - not so fun. My room was clean but still I found two small cockroaches what was not so good. You are not getting a receipt for the 2000 PHP deposit but it´s not a big deal.
